What this notice covers

This notice explains how Jannik Hansen (the operator of this website, jannikhansen.com) collects, uses and protects information about you. It applies to anyone who uses the site, applies for a program, signs up for the newsletter or buys a product from the Library.

Information collected

• Application form data — name, email, role, company, industry, your stated goals and obstacles. Used solely to assess fit for a program and to follow up with you.
• Purchase data — name, email and billing address, processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Newsletter — your email address, used to send essays and program updates. Unsubscribing is a single click.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, device, referring page. Used to keep the site secure and understand audience behaviour in aggregate.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver what you’ve asked for (an application response, a product, a newsletter), to operate and secure the site, and to comply with legal obligations. Application content is read personally by Jannik Hansen and is not shared with third parties.

Service providers

The following providers process information strictly to deliver the services you’ve engaged with:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — application notifications and purchase confirmations.
• Brevo — newsletter delivery (when active).
• AWS / Linode Object Storage — hosting digital deliverables.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing jannik@jannikhansen.com. You can also object to processing or request data portability. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies for session management and CSRF protection. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
