Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of jannikhansen.com, the Library products, the Strategic Influence Program, 1:1 Executive Mentorship, keynotes and workshops. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Library products

• Digital products are licensed for personal, single-user use unless explicitly purchased as a team license.
• Lifetime access means access for as long as the product is offered. Future major revisions are included at no extra cost.
• You may not redistribute, resell or share the contents publicly.

Refunds

Library products carry a 14-day refund window. Email jannik@jannikhansen.com with your order details and you’ll receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Programs and mentorship

The Strategic Influence Program and 1:1 Executive Mentorship are application-based engagements. Their terms — duration, deliverables, pricing, refund policy, confidentiality — are confirmed in writing before you commit. Those engagement-specific terms supersede anything on this page.

Confidentiality

Information you share in an application or in a private session is held in strict confidence. It is not shared, anonymised in public material, or referenced without your written consent.

Limitations

The site, products and programs are provided in good faith but without warranties of any specific outcome. Senior leadership work depends on many factors outside this practice; results vary based on your context and effort. Jannik Hansen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
